Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty around the world. Kiva's worldwide network of microfinance institutions allows individuals to lend as little as $25 to help create opportunities around the world.
Kiva envisions a world where all people even in the most remote areas of the globe hold the power to create opportunity for themselves and others.

The Water Guy has made over 200 loans so far to inspiring individuals and startup organizations around the world in 33 countries so far that we feel align with our core values. We plan to continue our support with small loans focused on helping to raise the quality of life for individuals, their families and their communities.
Support opportunities for individuals around the world by becoming a Kiva Lender
Kiva works with microfinance institutions on five continents to provide loans to people without access to traditional banking systems. One hundred percent of your loan is sent to these institutions, called field partners who make sure that your loans are administered in the field. Even a $25 contribution can make a real difference in areas hindered by poverty and a lack of opportunities.
