Local Servicing and Installations

Although our main warehouse, offices and water store is in Cranbrook, our service and installation area boundaries start in the East at the Crowsnest Pass and cover the entire East Kootenays and the West Kootenays including Creston, Nelson and Kootenay Lake area Kaslo, Crawford Bay, and we cover as far North as Golden BC and as far South as the Canadian border. These local operations of The Water Guy are in the traditional territories of the Ktunaxa, Lheidli T’enneh, Secwepemc, Sinixt and Syilx Nations.

Our new installations can start right at your well, submersible, jet pumps, pressure tanks, constant pressure systems, cisterns to name a few. And treatment systems matched to your water, your property and family, featuring the Clack Advanced Control Valves and the Fusion2, V360, and AquaSulis lines, from Water Softeners, Iron Filters, Tannin Filters, Chlorine and Automatic Sediment Removal Systems. Our treatment knowledge also extends to Reverse Osmosis, UF Filtration, and UV Light Sterilization.

We service many brands, types and makes of water treatment equipment. We are the Waterite Technologies Authorized service and warranty dealer for Waterite Technolgies (now Franklin Water), Grundfos, Megahome, DAB, Pentair, North Star Water Conditioning, Clack, UVDynamics, Kenmore, Viqua, Omnipure and many more. We also provide warranty and service work for plumbing wholesalers and other distributors in our industry.

Some work is very straight forward and it is something that we can estimate after asking a few basic questions regarding the job itself, and other work we might need to do a simple inspection first and possibly perform some basic water tests to determine a proper course of action and estimate.
