Trained Water Technician

Here at The Water Guy, we offer the best service and products to our customers, as a result, we are currently on the look out for an experienced Water Technician who will specialize in water treatment systems, installation and their regular servicing.

Education / Experience / Skills

• Grade 12 High School Graduation or Equivalent
• CQWA or other training courses
• Experience with hand tools
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Clean criminal record
• Bondable
• Able to pass a drug test (requirement at certain worksites)
• Comfortable working in confined spaces
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, and be as equally suited to work alone (with or without a helper)
• Strong customer service skills in English both written and verbal
• Comfortable with Phone & Tablet Apps
• Must be flexible to work some weekends, and the odd evenings and or on call shift

Work Skills

• Previous experience installing and servicing water treatment equipment
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Communicate well with staff and clients
• Identify the required tools and any special equipment needed.
• Read and comprehend equipment manuals
• Be aware of environmental best practices
• Keep notes and report on daily work

Licenses

• Red Seal Plumbing (Big Bonus)
• First Aid (Big Bonus)
• WHIMIS. (Required)
• Driver's License. (Required)
