Your Local Brick and Mortar Store - Temporary Changes

All of our East & West Kootenay customers will now receive free delivery of anything in our local or online store. No order is too big or too small. You can order through the web site, phone or email. Online is always the fastest way to order though we are always available.

So far we are not experiecning any troubles with supplies, delivers and shipping. We will have more freququent updates, see TWG on Facebook, TWG on Instagram and TWG on Twitter.

We felt at this time it was best to help people to have one less place that they might need to visit when out, reducing unnecessary travel and contact. While the store front will be closed for a time our office and warehouse staff will still be available for help with your needs and questions, via phone, email and chat.

We will continue offering on-site servicing to your home or business. Our technicians are fully trained and using best practices for everyone’s safety. Servicing equipment and tools are sanitized after each call and our tech’s will arrive wearing a new pair of gloves…

Let’s not forget that we live in a beautiful, natural, uncrowded part of the world with a modern health care system and great supportive communities. We are all in this together and in the end, everything is going to be ok.
