Real-Time Sump Pump Health Check

The included smart water-level sensor constantly monitors the water level in the sump pump basin in real time to assess flooding risks and if the sump pump is working efficiently.


Outage Alert

If you're home or away, you will be notified via the Moen Smart Water App of a power or Wi-Fi outage, which could disrupt the primary sump pump from working properly.


Leak Detection

Includes a Remote Leak Sensing Disc that connects to an extra-long cable to monitor for unwanted moisture or water that is present in the area around the sump pump. In addition to detecting water that breaches the pump, it also notifies of a leaky foundation or fixtures.


Backup for the Backup

The Monitor also runs tests on the battery backup sump pump system (if applicable) to ensure it’s ready to work when needed.


Freeze Alerts and Humidity Monitoring

Alerts of extreme abnormalities in temperature, which could indicate a risk for freezing pipes in the basement or crawl space. The device also monitors humidity levels to help detect any moisture abnormalities that could lead to mold.
