All Wedeco (Ideal Horizons) DLR Series control boxes provide a positive indication that the unit is powered and operating normally and also can indicate audible and visual alarms in the case of the lamp or other system failure. In addition, AP models provide the added feature of automatic lamp replacement notification so you know when to change the UV lamp. This ensures that the system will always operate as intended, and prevents possible under-dosing in the event the lamp is not changed on time. A further added feature is the ability to add an Automatic Solenoid Valve to your system, which turns off the water in the event of a lamp or other system failure, in addition to the visual and audible alarms.
